Jen has specialized in PRF insurance since 2011, analyzing data for millions of acres and working to understand the risk tolerance and goals of hundreds of ranchers. She graduated from Princeton University, and then earned her M.S. in Ranch Management from the King Ranch Institute, where her belief that ranching is the most fascinating and worthwhile endeavor was solidified. Jen plans and manages grazing on her family's commercial cow/calf ranch in Colorado, where she lives with her husband and three kids.

Charlie lives with his wife and three kids at the headquarters of his family’s 117-year-old ranch in Kit Carson, CO. He uses PRF and LRP across his family’s ranches to help mitigate market and weather risks and has been selling pasture and livestock insurance with Jen since earning his MBA from the University of Denver in 2015.

After earning her Master of Accountancy from the University of Denver, Katie worked in public and nonprofit accounting before joining the private sector. She is a Certified Public Accountant experienced in accounting and financial management for ranching enterprises. As CFO of the family ranch, Katie has seen firsthand the benefits of crop insurance and knows all of EastCo’s products inside and out. She lives in Eastern Colorado with her husband and three kids.

Cedar grew up in Manila, Utah, where she helped irrigate and work cattle on her family ranch. Her passion for agriculture grew while meat judging at the University of Wyoming, and through her education at Utah State University, where she graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Agribusiness. She lives with her husband and their two sons on their family’s commercial cattle operation in McKinnon, WY. While working on the ranch she learned firsthand the benefits of PRF. Now, she shares these benefits with others and helps to oversee policy reviews and audits as an EastCo agent.

In 2018, Baylor earned his Animal Science degree from Oklahoma State University and then went on to complete the Texas Christian University Ranch Management Program in 2019. He has extensive experience and knowledge in range and pasture management, soils, forage production, animal health, embryo transfer, nutrition, and marketing. Baylor is currently the co-owner of Buck Brothers Show Cattle and is the ranch manager at his family’s commercial cow-calf operation located in Wray, Colorado. He has been selling PRF Insurance for five years with EastCo Group.

Brady grew up on Wray Ranch and is a 5th generation cattle rancher. After graduating from Duke University, he worked six years as a cattle accountant for a large commercial feedlot where he also earned his Series 3 and Series 30 licenses as a commodity broker. This experience and his ranch upbringing give him insight into how market dynamics, feeding performance, insurance products, marketing strategies, basis, and hedging with futures impact the bottom line for all segments of the cattle industry. It's Brady's mission to educate and guide cattle producers in mitigating risk and maximizing returns in cattle operations. He and his wife love rural America, and live in Wray, CO with their two sons.

Mary Claire has been riding and showing American Quarter Horses across the nation since the age of four, which has heavily influenced her love for agriculture and the Western lifestyle. After graduating from Mississippi State University with a BBA, she gained a background in financial planning and insurance and is currently working on obtaining her securities license. She is excited to be able to help farmers and ranchers have peace of mind while sustaining their businesses and lifestyles. Outside of work, Mary Claire coaches 4-H horse judging teams in Hattiesburg, MS, and is actively involved in several livestock and agricultural organizations.

Caine left Kit Carson, Colorado to play college football at Willamette University in Oregon, where he earned his MBA in finance in 2021. After graduating he spent a year in insurance sales selling life, property, and casualty insurance in Oregon before moving back to Colorado to be closer to his family. Upon returning, Caine accepted an offer with Flying Diamond Ranch where he gained three years of experience in finance and ranching operations. Caine now works within the gas industry selling PRF insurance part time and resides in Kit Carson with his fiancé, where he also coaches high school football and high school girls’ basketball.

Olivia Jackson grew up in California and is no stranger to the variability of precipitation… when it rains, it pours! The value of data-driven decision-making became clear while earning her Agricultural Business degree. She is passionate about leveraging data and Rainfall Index products to strengthen agricultural operations. Olivia specializes in Apiculture insurance and lives near Lake Tahoe, enjoying all the Sierra Nevada has to offer.

Bradley grew up in Kit Carson, CO on his family’s cow-calf ranch. After graduating from Colorado State University, he went to work at an investment firm and earned his MBA. While he currently resides in Denver with his wife Marilyn and soon-to-be daughter, arriving in July, he hopes to return to rural America before too long. Brad believes the products EastCo offers are a great asset for all the operations out there looking to hedge prices or lack of rainfall in order to stay in business for future generations.

After graduating from the University of Mississippi with dual degrees in Accounting and Managerial Finance, Josh became a Series 3 Commodity Broker. Josh has worked on his family’s ranches and feedyards since childhood and is now the head feeder cattle buyer and data analyst for his family's cattle feeding business. Josh's analytical skills and understanding of the needs of ranchers are an asset to the EastCo team for both PRF and LRP. Josh lives in Littleton, Colorado with his wife and daughter.

An avid outdoorsman, you’ll find McLane hunting or fishing with friends and family in his spare time. His love for the great outdoors and big-sky country led him to Colorado, where he specializes in PRF, LRP, Annual Forage, and LGM insurance. He aims to help his customers by showcasing the benefits of existing and new insurance products as they become available, and through leveraging his unique perspective from working at La Vaca Trading and as a member of the EastCo Team. McLane and his wife Madeleine live in Parker, Co., with their son Jack and their yellow lab, Mae.
