After graduating from Princeton University and earning her M.S. in Ranch Management from the King Ranch Institute, Jen became a Pasture Insurance Specialist in 2011. She has analyzed data for millions of acres and has worked to understand the risk tolerance and goals of hundreds of ranchers - experience she applies to every customer. Jen plans and manages grazing on her family’s commercial cow/calf ranch and lives in Denver with her husband and two kids.

After earning his MBA from the University of Denver in 2015, Charles joined Jen in selling pasture and livestock insurance. In addition to his work with EastCo Group, Charles lives on the family's Flying Diamond Ranch in Kit Carson, Colorado. The 115-year-old ranch is a cow/calf and stocker operation. Charles lives on the headquarters ranch with his wife, two daughters, and son.

After earning her Master of Accountancy from the University of Denver, Katie worked in public and nonprofit accounting before joining the private sector. She is a Certified Public Accountant experienced in accounting and financial management for ranching enterprises. Katie oversees the accounting for the family ranch and lives in Eastern Colorado with her husband and three kids.

After earning his Animal Science degree from Oklahoma State University in 2018, Baylor successfully completed the Texas Christian University Ranch Management Program in 2019. He has extensive experience and knowledge in range and pasture management, soils, forage production, animal health, embryo transfer, nutrition, and marketing. He currently is the co-owner of Buck Brothers Show Cattle and is a ranch manager at his family’s commercial cow-calf operation located in Wray, Colorado.

After graduating from Duke University, Brady worked six years as a Cattle Accountant for a large commercial cattle feedyard where he also earned his Series 3 and Series 30 licenses as a Commodity Broker, which he continues to serve ag producers today. This experience paired with his ranch upbringing allows him to understand how market dynamics, feeding performance, insurance products, marketing strategies, basis, and hedging with futures impact the bottom line for all segments of the cattle industry. Brady lives in Wray, Colorado with his wife and son where he also coaches high school football and helps manage his family's commercial cow-calf operation.

After graduating with honors from Colorado State University, Brad went to work as a financial analyst at a boutique private equity firm and earned his MBA. Brad is currently a Series 3 Commodity Broker and ranch/feed yard accountant. In his current role, Brad has gained a better understanding of the commodity markets and the financial management of agricultural operations. Brad also helps plan grazing strategies and assists with the marketing for his family’s commercial cow-calf operation in Kit Carson, Colorado. Brad and his wife Marilyn live in Littleton, Colorado.

Caine left Kit Carson, Colorado to play college football at Willamette University in Oregon, where he also earned his MBA in 2021. He remained in Oregon for a year selling life, property and casualty insurance before returning to eastern Colorado to join the EastCo team. He also works in the finance department for the Flying Diamond Ranch, coaches high school football, and enjoys time with his family.

After graduating from the University of Mississippi with dual degrees in Accounting and Managerial Finance, Josh became a Series 3 Commodity Broker. Josh has worked on his family’s ranches and feedyards since childhood and is now the head feeder cattle buyer and data analyst for his family's cattle feeding business. Josh's analytical skills and understanding of the needs of ranchers are an asset to the EastCo team for both PRF and LRP. Josh lives in Littleton, Colorado with his wife and daughter.

After graduating from the University of Mississippi, McLane spent a few years in his home state of Tennessee as an account manager. His love for the great outdoors and big-sky country brought McLane to Colorado to specialize in PRF & LRP insurance. He considers himself the black sheep of the company, due to his southern ways and expressions, but a southern gentleman who is passionate about life and enjoys helping others. McLane and his wife Madeleine live in Littleton, Colorado.

After earning her Agricultural Business degree from California Polytechnic State University, Olivia moved to Colorado and stumbled upon EastCo Group. In her administrative and processing role, she gained an invaluable understanding of rainfall index products. Olivia applied her knowledge of PRF and her love for bees, which she got from her beekeeping mother, to specialize in Apiculture Insurance.  She is currently living near the Central Coast of California on her sailboat with her fiancé and two dogs.

After her time collegiate meat judging and working for the meat laboratory at the University of Wyoming, Cedar transferred to Utah State University where she received a Bachelor’s Degree in Agribusiness. Cedar returned to work on her family’s commercial cattle operation to implement the production and business management skills she had gained. Here she was introduced to EastCo, where she sells both PRF and LRP insurance. Cedar and her husband Carter and two sons live on their ranch in McKinnon, Wyoming where they continue to grow their own cattle herd.
